Still, overall two amazing games, especially if you're a TF fan of course. It also has better bosses, and I personally enjoyed its 'horde' mode (Escalation) more (again, played with friends).įall of Cybertron has some outright amazing parts, like Grimlock's (I could play an entire game of him, shame his part is so short), but the lack of co-op outside its own Escalation (which is a different beast, more restrictive and I didn't like it as much) hurt it a bit. War for Cybertron is amazing if you play it with a couple friends. It's a hugely different type of game (character action vs shooter) that I think it's hard to compare both of them, but Devastation is a dream come true for TF fans.
